Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
Customers may return products within 7 days of delivery if:
Wrong item was delivered
Product is defective/damaged
Product is counterfeit or not as described
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used, damaged, or customer-handled faulty products
Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., hygiene products, perishables)
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after quality check of returned item.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on payment method.
Refund will be made to the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Card).
4. Replacement Option
Instead of refund, customers may request replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
5. Shipping & Delivery Charges
If the return is due to seller’s fault (wrong/damaged item), shipping costs will be borne by us.
If return is due to customer’s preference (change of mind), delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. Legal Compliance
This policy follows the Bangladesh Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
Customers may contact the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) for unresolved complaints.
