5. Delivery

However, in case of excessive delay beyond the committed timeframe, the customer has the right to claim a refund.
6. Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days if they receive the wrong, defective, or counterfeit product.
Used, damaged, or customer-handled defective products will not be accepted.
If it is proven that the seller intentionally sold counterfeit or substandard products, the customer is entitled to a full refund and may seek legal action under the Consumer Rights Act.
